About the hotel
Situated in a privileged location, 15 minutes from Marco Polo Airport, 5 minutes to Mestre Railway Station and 10 minutes from Venice, this modern, purpose-built hotel is ideal for both leisure and business travellers.
The hotel is made up of 2 buildings, linked together by a flat and transparent glass roof, which is the biggest in Europe. A marina has been created between both buildings of the hotel, which connects with all canals, enabling you to easily reach the city of Venice.
Directly connected with the hotel is the conference centre, a futuristic auditorium with up-to-date technology. Ideal to cater for any convention or meeting, it can hold up to 750 people in the plenary room to 20 delegates in the smallest combination.
The hotel is composed by 2 buildings: A and B. Both buildings feature over 20 disabled rooms, providing full disabled facilities.
Please note: building B does not have room service or an à la carte restaurant.

Cancellations
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

How to reach the hotel
From the airpost Marco Polo (Venice)
BY CAR:
- Follow the signs toward Venice for about 10 Km.
- At the roundabout (San Giuliano) turn right into Via Forte Marghera (third street on the right ).
- Proceed for approximately 1.5 Km
- At the traffic light, turn left across the bridge and follow Viale Ancona until the entrance of the Laguna Palace.
By Public Transport:
Take bus number 15 (bus stop is 5 minutes walk. One bus every 30 minutes approximately. The journey lasts about 35 minutes and costs EUR 1 per person). An additional 20 minutes walk from the railway station to the hotel (approximately 800 metres)
ATVO BLUE BUS ( bus stops in front of the railway station. One bus every 30 minutes, approximately. The journey lasts about 25 minutes and costs EUR 4.50 per person. Additional 20 minutes walking from the railway station to the (approximately 800 metres). Or take bus number 31 until and get off at the bus stop in front of the hotel.
BY TAXI:
TAXI – 15/20 minutes and costs approximately EUR 35, one way.
FROM THE HIGHWAY:
From the motorway follow directions toward Venice until the railway bridge.
- Turn left and follow the sign Via Torino and go straight ahead until the traffic light.
- Turn right into Via Torino and proceed for approx 500 metres
From Venice-Mestre Railway Station:
By Public Transport
Bus number 31 or 32 (bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. One bus every 30 minutes approximately. The journey lasts about 35 minutes and costs EUR 1 per person)
